As your personal Identity Coach, I work with you to uncover your true identity and calling and create a plan of action, and provide support and guidance throughout the process.

Identity Coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success, allowing them to show up better in both personal and professional relationships.

Identity Coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on your needs. We offer a complimentary 30 minute discovery call to help you explore how we can assist you in your personal growth and to see if we're a good fit for your overall personal, professional and community contribution goals.
